What type of career coaching do you offer and how can you help me achieve my goals?

I offer a highly specialized approach to career coaching that leverages my extensive experience as a former recruiter for top companies like Apple, Google, Wieden+Kennedy, Lyft, BBDO, Ogilvy and Coca-Cola. I combine insider insights into what employers are looking for with foundational coaching to help you uncover your values, purpose, strengths and skills.

Do you specialize in helping people in certain industries or career stages?

Yes. I have spent twenty five years working with people in creative fields. The process of hiring and evaluating talent is different in a creative industry than in any other industry. I work with people who are just starting their careers and those that are leading companies to clarify and discover where they will thrive.

However, the strategies I use have worked for people outside of the creative industry.

Can you help with networking and connecting me to professionals

I have a professional network of over 20,000 people. If you are interested in exploring conversations with people that I know, I do offer the possibility to make introductions. This is determined on a case by case basis.

How long does the coaching process take to see results?

Everyone starts at a different place in the process, so how long the journey takes is directly linked to where you begin.

Doing all the work and treating your job search like a job will increase how quickly you know what you want to do. The speed at which the market is moving is something no one can control. On average the process takes around six months.

How much do your services cost and do you have payment plans?

The LAND Program which is self paced learning to discover your path with support from me. This is currently $2,400 for 6 Months. You can pay upfront or monthly.

My personalized one to one coaching is customized to each client and the best path to success is discussed in a discovery call.
