Our mission:

The TrueNorth Leadership Program is designed to cultivate self-aware, effective, and compassionate leaders who inspire growth and mentorship in their communities. Through interactive learning, self-reflection, and practical application, participants will develop essential leadership and coaching skills to lead with confidence, authenticity, and purpose.

TrueNorth Leaders

Who:

You have have been working for several years or more and are ready to move into a leadership role or you are a leader and want to expand your leadership. You want to hone your skills.

You were recently promoted into a leadership role and you want to lead confidently.

How:

How do you become an inspiring mentor and leader and create your own style?

First you learn the tools and the skills, then you practice.

I am an ICF Accredited Coach and a Leadership and Performance Coach.

I will teach you what you need to know to inspire the leaders of the future while honing your skills through hands on Learning and Practice.

WHAT WE DO.

  • BECOME A MENTOR

    Step 1:

    CREATE A MENTOR POD.

    You can join a pod or create your own pod if you want to bring along aspiring leaders.

    Pods consist of 6 Leaders who want to learn and become inspiring exceptional leaders. Learn the impact of your values, how your inner critic and self limiting beliefs impact your leadership style and how to be the Leader you want to be.

    We will meet 2X a month for 3 months.

    Step 2:

    Get assigned a mentee. Practice what you have learned. Inspire creative minds who are looking to learn from you while honing your skills as a mentor and a leader.

    * Continue meeting 1X a month with your mentor pod for continued support to hone your mentorship learnings and grow, learn and support each other.

    Total commitment is 8 Months

  • BE MENTORED

    You will be assigned a Mentor Coach based on your goals.

    Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience. Learn from professionals who are doing what you aspire to do and who you aspire to become.
